In a remarkable turn of events, Better Together Indonesia Foundation has emerged triumphant in securing a vital lifeline for its pivotal project, “One Farmer One Contract” (OFOC), in Sembalun, East Lombok. A Reawakening for Sustainable Farming
Amidst the verdant landscapes of Sembalun, the OFOC project, reignited in 2024, heralds a new dawn for Arabica coffee farmers. Empowered by targeted training and essential infrastructure provisions, such as Pulver machines, the project aims to fortify local farmers, arming them with the expertise to navigate the intricacies of modern agriculture. Through strategic partnerships with neighboring coffee shops, it seeks to establish a resilient marketplace for its premium coffee produce, fostering economic resilience and sustainable livelihoods within the community.
